The Mission of the Bill Gordon-George Masters Memorial Burlington County Football Club is to preserve the heritage, honor the legacy, and continue in the traditions of Bill Gordon and George Masters, two of Burlington County's most respected Football Coaches, by committing to the following principles:
- That each member school reinforces their own unique culture of values and traditions which foster a love of the game, loyalty to school, and brings honor and pride to family, team, and community.
- That each Head Coach of all member schools takes a personal interest in developing student athletes, celebrates the unique talents of each player, and recognizes outstanding achievement of the young men on our teams.
- That each student athlete commits to conducting himself with the highest caliber of integrity on and off the field, and to always hold himself personally accountable to this standard.
- That each athlete recognizes, through his school's membership in this club, that he is also a member, ensuring that when he graduates from his school, he has contributed positively to his team, school and community as a living example of the Gordon-Masters legacy.
- That each member school understands and respects that the history of high school football competition in Burlington County has been rooted in the fabric of our communities for generations, yet commits to the governance of fair play established by the rules and regulations of the NJSIAA.
